1. Make a purchase
1.1. The customer selects the desired Product in the e-shop and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
1.2. To place an order, click on the "Continue to pay" button in the shopping cart, after which the Customer will be redirected to the ordering page. After entering the required data, the Customer pays for the Product via the Internet bank link and confirms the order by clicking the “Back to Merchant” button.
1.3. After paying for the Product, the E-shop will send an order confirmation to the Customer's e-mail.
1.4. When placing an order, the customer undertakes to provide the true data necessary for the execution of the order.
1.5. The Seller shall not be liable for the impossibility of performance due to incorrect data provided by the Customer during the performance of the order or for any consequences thereof.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS . Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.
The owner of the online store is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Validity of sales contract, product and price information
The Terms of Sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for the delivery of the goods is added to the price. All prices for goods sold in the online store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when ordering.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
The goods will be sent to the following countries: Estonia and other EU countries, exept for Germany and France.
To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Omniva parcel machine, Itella parcel machine, DPD parcel machine. In all other countries DPD parcel machine or courier only.
Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information will be displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery takes place outside Estonia within 3-14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted in a free form, together with your contact details and the reasons for the return. The application must be sent to the e-mail address info (at) locafilter.eu no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The principle of returning the goods is the same as when the goods were delivered to the buyer:

- Omniva You can return the products received from the parcel machine via the parcel machine using the return code sent by SMS (you will find this in the notice of arrival of the parcel).Refunds will be delivered to your e-store within 3-7 business days.
- Itella SmartPOST Products received from the parcel machine can be returned via the parcel machine using the same door code as when receiving the parcel. Refunds will be delivered to your e-store within 3-7 business days.
- DPD Products received from the parcel machine can be returned via the parcel machine using the same door code as when the parcel was received. Refunds will be delivered to your e-store within 3-7 business days.
The cost of returning the goods in another way shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a defective or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to refund until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or the buyer has provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever comes first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store will not have to reimburse the consumer for any costs that exceed the cost associated with the normal delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to a mistake.
Right to file a claim
The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery and which occurs within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
