Our return policy applies within 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to refund you or offer you a trade.

In order to return, the product must be in the same condition, unused and clean as it was when you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging.

Receipt or purchase confirmation is required for return.

Please return your goods (free of charge) using the return code you received in the SMS upon receiving the order ā€“ this currently applies only to orders from/to Estonia. Returns from all other countries will be paid by the customer. In all cases of return, the customer is to notify the merchant via e-mail (info at locafilter.eu) prior to the return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and verified your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned product. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed and your credit card or original payment instrument will be automatically refunded within seven business days.

Late or missing refunds (if is applicable)

If you have not received your refund within the allotted time, then double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially sent.
Please contact your bank next. Refunds are often preceded by a processing time.

Exchange or return (if applicable)

Products will only be replaced if defective, within 14 days of purchase. If you need to exchange the product for the same product, send us an e-mail at info (at) locafilter.eu and return the product via the parcel machine using the return code found in the SMS notification of receipt of the goods.

Otherwise In case of return, you are responsible for the return of your goods and your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Free return is possible only with return code. You will find the return code in the SMS (only with orders from Estonia) you received when the product reached you. If you do not have a return code, please contact us at info (at) locafilter.eu and we will send you a new return code.

Depending on where you live, it may take some time to change the product. In the same way as using a return code, you should consider purchasing a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
